Monday 25th May: Another fantastic performance from ROMANTICIZE yesterday afternoon on the Rowley Mile, here at Newmarket. Contesting a trappy 6 furlong fillies' handicap on only her second racecourse appearance, she materialised from nowhere and flew home like a rocket to finish second. Both her races have seen her outpaced early on. At Salisbury we attributed this to greenness. On reflection, it seems a step up to 7 furlongs would see her travel better from the gates with the opportunity to use that finishing kick to devastating effect! All to play for.

SANCTUM has her first career entry with a possible run at Lingfield next Saturday evening in a 10 furlong maiden.

Wednesday 27th May: IVY THE TERRIBLE is declared to run in a 6 furlong maiden at Yarmouth on Friday. This will be her racecourse debut and Richard Thomas has been selected as her partner.

Thursday 28th May: SANCTUM'S turn to be declared today. She will be appearing at Lingfield on Saturday evening, shortly after Chelsea have lifted the FA Cup. The filly (pictured above right) will line up in a field of 14 with Richard Thomas on board.
